SUSPENSIÓN TEMPORAL DE ACTIVIDADES

En razón de los terremotos ocurridos en el país el pasado 24 de junio, de los daños sufridos por el Palacio de las Academias a consecuencia de ello y de la grave situación por la que atraviesa el país, han quedado suspendidas todas las actividades presenciales dentro del Palacio de las Academias durante los meses de julio y agosto de 2026 y las actividades telemáticas de la Acienpol hasta nuevo aviso.

The National Academies of Venezuela, corporations of a scientific, humanistic and cultural nature, which for more than a century have contributed to the study, preservation and development of knowledge in service to the Republic, consider that it is their unavoidable duty to express their position on the serious emergency caused by the earthquake that has affected the nation and to put at the service of the country the technical, scientific and professional capacities of their members.

Las Academias Nacionales de Venezuela, corporaciones de carácter científico, humanístico y cultural, que desde hace más de un siglo han contribuido al estudio, preservación y desarrollo del conocimiento al servicio de la República, consideran un deber ineludible expresar su posición ante la grave emergencia ocasionada por el terremoto que ha afectado al país y poner al servicio del país las capacidades técnicas, científicas y profesionales de sus integrantes.
